Summer Must-Have: PFG Shirt

Before spring break, I ordered a PFG shirt from Etsy, and I fell in love! It fits perfectly and is personalized with my monogram. You can get them in a variety of colors and get a monogram on the back or the front (I got mine on the back). It was about 70° at the beach, so it was a perfect coverup! It's not too warm, but it is waterproof so you don't have to worry about it getting wet!

In case y'all didn't know, PFG stands for performance fishing gear, so these shirts are made to be worn fishing. If you go deep sea fishing ever year like I do, I definitely recommend them. My dad has them, and actually one of my best guy friends complimented me on mine (loling rn). They're not manly, though, trust me!

Music: Arctic Monkeys

For the last few months, I cannot stop listening to the Arctic Monkeys. Their new album, AM, is their best one yet. It has a rock vibe to it, which makes it very unique. I also love the album artwork, which depicts sound waves.
All of the songs on the album are so good, but a few of my favorites are "One for the Road", "R U Mine", and "Do I Wanna Know". These songs are the ones that you want to roll all of your car windows down, blast the stereo, and sing at the top of your lungs, so all fellow drivers can hear. I honestly cannot believe that this album did not receive a Grammy.

They have several other albums, including Suck It and See and Favourite Worst Nightmare. My second favorite album is Favourite Worst Nightmare, with my favorite songs being "505", "Old Yellow Bricks" and "Do Me a Favour."

The Arctic Monkeys have such creative lyrics; it's amazing. For example:
"I knew this would be in the cards, but I knew you wouldn't fold" -"One for the Road"
"Falling about, you took a laugh down last laugh lane" -"Mardy Bum"
There are several more, but these are just two of my faves.

Besides the amazing music that the Arctic Monkeys make, they have possible the hottest man as the lead singer. The one, the only, Alex Turner.
He reminds me of the '60s and Grease, and I love it! He has a unique style and the hottest British accent. Sometimes you can even see his accent when he talks/sings.

Apart from Alex Turner, the other band members include Jamie Cook, Nick O'Malley, and Matt Helders.

One of the best concerts I've ever been to was Arctic Monkeys. I went to this concert in February with two of my friends. We waited in 20° weather with wicked wind for four hours to get a good spot in the pit. People had camped out the night before to get in the front. I go to at least one concert a month, and this was the first one where I've actually seen people do that. Anyways, we got a good spot and had an amazing time. There were people of all ages there, not just teenagers like me. The crowd was so wild that I got separated from my friends. I wish that the band talked more because they didn't talk very much, but their performance was amazing!

When I was at the concert, I bought some merch because I'm such a fangirl. Not sorry about that. Anyways, I got this shirt (It's cuter in person, I promise):

And these buttons:

Anyways, I love the Arctic Monkeys (obviously) and I really recommend that y'all listen to them. If you can, go to one of their concerts and you will have an unforgetable experience.
